►个人简介
刘睿杰,welcome皇冠地址教授、博士生导师,美国康奈尔大学营养系访问学者。全国粮油优秀科技工作者,国际脂肪酸与脂质学会(ISSFAL)“青年科学家奖”和中国粮油学会青年科技奖获得者,江苏省“双创计划”双创博士,江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师。
主要从事脂质营养与安全方向基础与应用研究。近年,主持国家自然科学青年/面上基金、国家博士后基金等基础科研基金类项目6项,主持国家科技支撑计划等科技计划类项目4项;主持参与企业横向课题多项。获中国商业联合会、中国轻工业联合会、中国粮油学会、江苏省科技进步奖和中国专利优秀奖等科技奖励8项。
