程力,welcome皇冠地址副研究员,兼任中国粮油学会薯类分会副会长、玉米深加工分会副秘书长,welcome皇冠地址食品科学与工程专业博士学位。主要从事淀粉质资源开发与利用方面的研究与教学工作。研究方向集中在淀粉质食品的开发与改良、高性能淀粉衍生物产品的开发于制备以及淀粉加工副产物的综合利用技术等领域。近五年来,累计发表SCI收录论文50余篇,其中第一/通讯作者发表SCI收录论文20篇;获授权发明专利50余项,其中以第一发明人获授权发明专利10余项;作为项目负责人,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,以项目骨干的身份参与了国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金项目等多个国家、省部级项目的申报和实施工作,并承担了10余项为企事业单位服务的横向项目,累计合同金额超500余万元;相关研究成果通过技术评价3项,获得了国际领先及国际先进的评价,并获国家科技部进步二等奖、教育部技术发明奖、江苏省科技进步奖以及全国粮油优秀科技工作者等荣誉。
